Fast forward to 5 may 2025 since I was lazy.
I'm gonna try to do a 5 day fast.
I've done a 3 day fast twice. OMAD is easy. I'm gonna attempt a 5 day fast starting Sunday 8 pm. So i'm gonna eat..Friday evening..let's try. I might lose weight. I was 86-87ish this morning.
Yeah this weighing scale sucks.
I'm almost ready for the calc 2 midsem I believe. I might get chocolates for my loyal story likers when I get back home.
